The Child You Don't Remember | Collage | Pamela Herrick
I have been an historian fascinated by old houses and attuned to the stories held between their yellowed wallpaper and crumbling plaster. I have been a bodyworker immersed in the traditions of Thai medicine and living in Thailand where the mystical is part of the everyday. I am clairvoyant, a shaman really, a visitor to an ethereal landscape where our kin and our ancestors show us what we've had difficulty seeing on our own. And throughout, I have been a writer.

The writing is the thing, you see. It's where I follow the tethers that connect thousands and thousands of footsteps along this path. The writing is how I find meaning.

If you and I were talking over a cup of coffee, I would tell you that you are also clairvoyant. Perhaps you know that already. Perhaps you don't.

Perhaps, like me, you haven't always known that you have this "inside sight." But if we continued to tease it out together, you would tell me your stories, those moments of insight that we all experience. I would listen. I would be a mirror for you helping you to see, to remember, your beautiful intuitive nature.

That's my work. I help you see what is all around you, what has always been there. Your true self.

    Hello & Welcome!

I'm Pam, and I am deeply curious about how intuition works and how we use it.

    I am a
clairvoyant, teacher and writer living in NY's Hudson Valley and on Vinalhaven, an island in the Penobscot Bay of ME.

My tables are piled with books and bird nests, and on my writing desk stones smoothed by waves, wind and time whisper their stories to me.
